Dear Customers, we know you are busy, and that is why we want to make it easy and convenient for you to request an appointment with us. To request an appointment, kindly message us on WhatsApp or complete the appointment request form at least 2 days before your desired appointment date and time. If you do not receive confirmation via SMS or WhatsApp, your appointment has not been confirmed — please contact the salon before making your way down.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your confirmed appointment, we reserve the right to serve another customer first.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment; a confirmed booking will always come via SMS or WhatsApp.
- To enjoy the 15% discount, full payment must be made exclusively with package credits — see the full Payment Policy page.
